1. Open application to lease and fill out completely. Please print 2. Read all instructions and make copies that will easily scan or fax. You may use all major credit cards. This fee is non refundable. 4. No cats are accepted at this time call for dog policy before you submit your application. 5. All parties over 18 must sign and pay the application fee; full time college students may be exempt, please call, text or email to ask. 6. Applications are not processed until the credit card clears, normally very quickly if everything is entered correctly, within the hour you apply. 7. Applications are screened as soon as possible. You are asked to provide contact information so we can contact you as quickly as possible. 8. You may use the same credit card and pay all application fees if you wish or pay separately.
All adults over the age of 18 (except college students, call and ask us our policy) must sign their own application and pay the fee.
Once you have passed the application screening you will be given a password to pull up your lease. This lease must be signed on every page as indicated with addendums and until the agent/owner or manager signs the lease it is not considered binding.
You will need to provide one months rent one months security deposit and any other fees indicated (pet etc) . Only cashiers checks will be accepted. Once funds are complete you will receive keys and a signed lease as agreed on lease dates.
